Over six decades ago, our great-grandfather Francisco Mónaco arrived in Argentina from Calabria, Italy, bringing with him selected bergamot buds. He settled in the town of Corpus Christi, Misiones, where he established the first bergamot plantation on Argentine soil, using bitter orange rootstock for grafting—the most effective method to guarantee genetic purity and citrus quality. What began as a small experimental plot became a pioneering company and a benchmark in the national production of bergamot, solidifying a family tradition that continues to evolve with each generation.

Today, we combine acquired knowledge and cutting-edge technology to offer a pure bergamot essential oil, extracted directly from the peel through excellence in processing, without additives, and under strict quality standards.
